Delivery Policy

Free Delivery
    - Free shipping on purchases over $1,200, with our own fleet for home delivery.

    - Shipping charges $150 may apply to some remote areas, please contact us for details.
 
  ** Remote area include: Tung Chung, Stanley, Lantau. (No delivery in outlying islands) 


Cut-off time and delivery day & time:
  - Orders and payments are placed before 3:00pm for next day delivery.  

 - Deliveries are arranged on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 03:00pm, customers will be called before delivery. 
     
**Except public holidays   
 
 -  This product can only be delivered to residential, office and industrial and commercial addresses.

  ** No smart cabinet delivery option**

  -  Tenement buildings, village houses and customers without elevators need to deliver to the downstairs for self-collection 

Self-pickup location and time:

 - If red rain,black rain or T8 has been hoisted, all deliveries will be put on hold untilfurther notice.
